But according to Sant Baba Mann Singh Ji, a teacher has a challenging task as only his guidance imparts and rest confidence. It offers direction and purpose to one’s life. The role of a teacher is not only to impart education but also to include social civil virtues, so that the pupil with a fully developed personality is able to lead disciplined life and is ready to do selfless service to mankind.

Sant Baba Mann Singh Ji has a great vision for Health & Education and set up a SIS Academy in the Year 1994. to provide health & education to the women in this area, he opened up a Degree College (Which will be exclusively for girls w.e.f. Academic Session 2014-2015) a Multi- specialty Hospital in the year 2010 & a Nursing College for GNM & ANM courses for academic session 2014-2015.
